After first breaking ground in 2014, the Launch Site as of 2018 was still undergoing a soil compacting process to prepare the land for a future suborbital ship landing site. This process was used once again in April 2024 for the second Orbital Launch Tower, accelerated by wick drains. Submitted 04/22/24
